1. Financial Report.
2. Subscriptions for 2017.  The Committee propose that the annual subscription is increased from £30 to £40.  This would be the first increase since 2004
3. DCL Committee - subject to approval: G Thomson, H McIntyre, S Spalding and W Abernethy have agreed to continue in their roles for the coming year.
4. Leagues Report.
5. Member Club Proposal: Jim Wylie, Lenzie GC proposes that promotion and relegation is changed to two promoted and two relegated teams at the end of each two year cycle in the Donald Cameron League and the JJ McCarry League.
6. Committee Proposal, for The J J McCarry League: Due to clubs having difficulty fielding 6 low handicap players, that the matches are played on a handicap basis, with each player receiving their full handicap allowance.
